Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use Apple Sign In for authentication and do not store your password. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly. If you need a refund, please contact Apple Support through the App Store.

Once purchased, eBooks are available to read within the app and are tied to your account. Purchases can be restored across devices by signing in with the same Apple ID.

Intellectual Property

All content in this app — including text, images, graphics, and the I Am Motherhood brand — is owned by I Am Motherhood and protected by copyright law. The eBooks are written by Isabella and are protected works. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Am Motherhood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or its content.

Termination
